Holiday Stress

It’s that time of year again and it is almost a relief to know that the year is nearly over. One last hurdle we have to conquer are the holidays and managing to keep it all together until the New Year. Between the holidays, managing not to gain any winter weight, prioritizing friends and family and other real life obligations, managing a schedule is almost always harder than it seems.
